Buried in a press release from Tabla yesterday was this note: “we are very excited to have Pastry Chef Jeff McCarthy here at Tabla. After the closure of Ten 01, Jeff took a bit of time off and then decided to come over to the east side to Tabla. Look for some really cool desserts from the Master himself.”
I think Jeff is an excellent pastry chef. This is good news indeed.
