Here’s rumor number 2: Naomi Pomeroy, owner of the popular Beast Restaurant, has supposedly canceled plans to move into the vacant space on SW 12th and Alder, across from Grüner. According to my source, she will remain in her current location for the time being.

Surprised to hear this. That building is getting one hell of a build-out, including a fancy all-windows penthouse on top. Whatever ends up going in there is going to be pretty swank.
