From small, intimate dinners in a corner of our dining room to large corporate events and social gatherings, Jake’s Grill can help you host and plan your next event. Our private dining rooms offer a variety of seating configurations to accommodate parties large and small. For very large groups, we have partnered with the adjacent Governor Hotel to provide catering in their banquet rooms. We bring nearly 40 years of expertise to every event we host and will work with you to ensure that every detail is looked after to provide your guests with an exceptional experience.

Jake’s Grill has 3 rooms for hosting private & large parties, from 8 to 50 people; our Wine & Ambassador Rooms, and the Tom Hardy Room. The Jake’s Catering department also serves 11 additional event spaces inside the historic Governor Hotel that can hold 9-550 guests.

The Hardy room is private, holds 50 persons seated, 60 standing, 30 conference style.

The Wine room is private, holds 16 seated, 20 reception, 16 conference style.

The Ambassador room is private, holds 20 seated, 25 reception, and 20 conference style.

  • Jjin Man Doo at Spring Restaurant in Beaverton (dumplings with pork and vegetables)
  • Nice “secret” Korean Restaurant above the grocery store in downtown Beaverton. Been frequenting it quite a bit
  • Decadent Creations old downtown Hillsboro. Excellent bakery. Two blocks from the train. Water Ave Coffee, Smith Tea, lovely people. Two of the biscuits won a Chopped competition Scroll through. #decadentcreationsbakery
  • Egg sandwich at Maplewood Coffee and Tea in outer SW PDX Maplewood area. It’s in an old 1911 post office building in middle of a residential area. Food has come way up in quality and the space is charming.
  • Oyatsupan Japanese bakery, Beaverton
  • My precious. Bakery well with the trip to sleepy downtown Hillsboro
  • Chard beets with green curry, fish sauce, mint, crispy farro at Ash bar in Portland. Once again, very good
