28 outdoor seats along 12th Avenue – benches and big umbrellas. The food is French bistro, done by the good folks who also on OX, one of the most popular restaurants in Portland. Food is good, service is good, it’s hard to go wrong here. The outdoor area could be nicer, but it is certainly not unpleasant.
