You probably know the Carina Lounge location from its previous incarnation, Bastas Pasta. This Mediterranean restaurant has tables along NW 23rd, somewhat shaded, but noisy during rush hour. One of the best reasons to go here is that they have a parking lot! Happy hour: daily 4:30 pm – 6 pm & 9:00 pm – close
