Atop the Nines Hotel, this patio has a spectacular view of Portland. It is also very popular among the see and be seen crowd, and prices are higher than you may expect. Get here early. There is separate seating for the bar and full service areas. You may recognize chef Gregory Gourdet from various television food shows.
