This patio is Higgins restaurant’s answer to the pandemic. They have worked out an agreement with The Oregon Historical Society to use their patio area. The result is one of the best outdoor dining experiences in Portland. Open Wednesday – Sunday 11:30 am-7:30 pm. The area is set well back from the street. Trees, buildings, and some umbrellas provide shade, but it can get warm during the afternoon. Excellent beer and wine selection. The food is kind of a Higgins “greatest hits.”
