A full food menu will be provided, helmed by Head Chef Victor Deras. Previously of Olympia Provisions, his vision for Vagabond’s cuisine is based on straightforward comfort foods made with seasonal ingredients. He’s focused on smoked, preserved, or fermented options, each built to compliment the beer served. Approachable portion sizes are a priority, as he offers quantities that satisfy the appetite without overwhelming.
The cocktail program has been developed by Bar Manager David Belcher and Assistant General Manager Mark Kujat. With the help of the team, they created a specialty cocktail lineup that’s based on travel destinations the owners and managers love. Each drink represents a different area of the world, made with locally sourced & seasonal ingredients.
