Coffeehouse in the heart of everything on NW 23rd. The coffee is Stumptown, the crepes are homemade, both sweet and savory. While I think you could get on the patio with a wheelchair, I don’t believe the shop itself is accessible. The patio is set a few feet off of the sidewalk on NW 23rd under a nice tree.
