    Bluehour is Closing. Owner Bruce Carey sent out the following email today. No word on the future of 23Hoyt, Saucebox, or clarklewis, though I have been hearing lots of rumors.Opened in 2000, Bluehour was once considered one of Portland's best restaurants.     Bruce Carey of 23Hoyt, Bluehour, Saucebox and clarklewis has taken over the former Rudy's restaurant at the Salem Golf Club, renaming it FairWay.The soft opening took place in late July, giving Chef Zack Capoccia a chance to get the restaurant in order.     Bluehour Fire Victim Sues for Injuries

    Back in April of 2013, Bluehour bartender Steven Grimm was seriously burned and hospitalized after a fire.
