    Olympia Provisions sent out a formal press release today about the changes at the restaurant. As you probably know, Chef Jason Barwikowski left after a dispute in the direction the business should take. They have also confirmed the retail location in the old Carlyle restaurant spot on NW 16th and Thurman.     Here's the latest on the changes at Olympia Provisions. What I've been told is that Jason's partners wanted to secure the old Carlyle space for wholesale production (which they did). Jason felt like it was too early, so they bought him out. Another source says there is considerable rancor in the ranks over the changes.
