    Ah romance. Candlelight, quiet conversation, flirting. That is my definition, but, judging from the list, many people have other criteria.     Not many surprises in the Best Steak group this year. The percentage points by which the top two won are double the 2011 score. Even El Gaucho which is quite expensive  is up by 4%.     Chris over at Portland Food Adventures has scored a coup with a dinner at Greg and Gabrielle Denton's new OX restaurant, which will be opening in the former Echo restaurant space at 2225 N.E.     From The Oregonian, Chefs Greg Denton and Gabrielle Quiñonez are leaving Metrovino. The couple will stay at the Pearl District restaurant until February, before moving on to open their "Argentine-inspired, Ox Restaurant".
