My choice kind of depends where I happen to be doing errands, but I like Cork, Vino, Liner & Elsen and… Freddy’s.

Bargain hunters should get themselves on the mailing lists of both Great Wine Buys and Vino. While both of these shops carry a diverse range of wines in many price categories, they also put together a monthly case of wines that comes in somewhere in the region of $100 or so, and of course you can mix and match the wines in the cases to tailor it to your individual taste. Always worth scanning those emails for the gems.

I always find fantastic deals on wine at Blackbird Wine – always amazed at his ability to stock really reasonable bottles that are great tasting.
