It’s Friday – what better day to release our 2013 Reader Survey for Best Happy Hour?

Who doesn’t like a good happy hour? We are lucky in Portland, with a huge selection to pick from.

In Previous Years:

  • 2012, Tasty N Sons won, with Clyde Common and Bluehour coming in second.
  • 2011: Tanuki Izakaya in first, Clyde Common and Spints Alehouse in second and third.

In our Reader Survey 2013, 764 people had an opinion, but they were so varied that only one choice stood out statistically from the others.

  • Clyde Common -6% of the total vote. The menu is small, but the crispy fries with harissa and crème fraîche rock, closely followed by the sausage or the hamburger. Bar Manager Jeffrey Morganthaller is one of the best in the northwest. 1014 Southwest Stark St., Portland, OR 97205 (503) 228-3333 Map. Happy Hour/Late Night times are as follows: Monday-Thursday: 3 pm–6 pm & 11 pm-11:45 pm. Friday: 3 pm–6 pm & 11 pm–12:45 am. Saturday: 3 pm-6 pm & 11 pm–12:45 am. Sunday: 3 pm-6 pm.

Honorable mentions go to Ciao Vito,  Luc Lac, Nostrana, Ringside, Lincoln and Lompoc’s 5th Quadrant.
