September 17, 2013 by PDX Food Dude

Cristom VineyardsSponsored post:

Picture the quintessential setting for a farmer’s market with Cristom wine, along with 15 of the vineyard’s favorite purveyors and you’ve got Cristom’s inaugural Harvest Market.  On Sept. 28th, sample and purchase from some of the best Northwest growers, bakers, artists, culinary specialists from 11 – 3 p.m at Cristom Vineyards.

Cristom will offer one-day-only wine specials with a portion of wine sales benefiting ¡Salud!, a program which provides access to healthcare services for Oregon’s vineyard workers and their families.  Plus, each ticket is entered into a raffle for a basket full of vendor goodies.

This pop-up market features some of Cristom’s favorite local purveyors including Olympic Provisions, Fleur De Lis bread and Salt & Straw ice cream  – all in one picturesque setting.  In addition to food, you can sneak a peek at the 2013 Cristom harvest, meet cookbook author Ivy Manning, check out art from Ron Cooper Photography and Jessica Pluhar pottery and many more while you listen to the smooth musical sounds of Blake Lyman.

Tickets are going quickly –$15 in advance and $20 at the door.   Read the rest of the details here and grab your tickets before the event sells out.
