My vote would be lunch in a sunny park in Portland, but I suppose any of these restaurants could provide that, and give you a decent place to eat on a rainy day. From the comments I've gotten, many of you feel that Portland has a long way to go as far as seafood is concerned. Many added notes lamenting the loss of Fin. I agree.
