Chris DiMinno who has helmed the kitchen at Clyde Common since 2009, is leaving the restaurant. Chris brough a stability to Clyde common on SW Stark Street, staying four years – a long time for an industry that is known for employee musical chairs.
DiMinno who has a degree from The Culinary Institute of America, previously worked at Telepan Restaurant on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, and Blue Hill at Stone Barns. No word on where he is going.
