Old Mallory Hotel Menus offer a peek into another time. Every so often I'll come across an old menu in a junk bin, or someone will send me one. I love these little windows in time. The well-known Grano Bakery in Oregon City has closed. Another closure due to Covid, etc. I'm surprised how many places made it through the last year-and-a-half yet are closing now. I've been told many restaurants make the bulk of their income during the holiday season and wonder how many will not make it past January.
