Marukin Portland Opening Delayed

March 16, 2016 by PDX Food Dude 1 Comment

NewspaperThe Marukin Portland SE Ankeny location has been pushed back to April 1st

Marukin’s Portland location on SE Ankeny next to Nong’s Khao Man Gai, has been gearing up for their grand opening with daily lunch service for the past two weeks. However, they announced today that the projected March 18th grand opening date has actually been pushed back until April 1st, “as the Marukin team wants to be sure that they are delivering the best possible service and ramen to the community and that they are 100% dedicated to quality and thorough training by Japanese Executive Chef Sakai.”

– Marukin’s full service hours of 11am-9pm will officially begin on April 1st

– Marukin will still be open for lunch Monday–Friday 11am-3pm until April 1st

– Marukin will be open from 3pm-9pm Saturdays and Sundays until April 1st

In addition, the ramen offered daily will be based on a rotating menu, which you can find updated regularly on Marukin’s social media and website.

Marukin is also set to open a branch in the Pine Street Market on May 1st.
