Pascal Sauton’s Milwaukie Kitchen and Wine Closes
Tonight brings the sad news that chef Pascal Sauton's Milwaukie Kitchen and Wine is closing. He is well known in Portland for the French inspired bistro, Carafe, which closed he sold in early 2011.
