The well-known Grano Bakery in Oregon City has closed. Another closure due to Covid, etc. I'm surprised how many places made it through the last year-and-a-half yet are closing now. I've been told many restaurants make the bulk of their income during the holiday season and wonder how many will not make it past January. Paley's Place, one of Portland's great restaurants is closing Thanksgiving weekend. In a statement released Monday, the Paley's said the closure will be permanent.
