Pearl District Restaurants Cooking for a Cure for Cystic Fibrosis

Savor the Pearl week-long dining event offers tastes of the neighborhood’s finest dishes 

WHAT:            An incredible tasting menu featuring twenty-seven of the Pearl District’s best restaurants awaits attendees at Savor the Pearl, a week-long neighborhood tasting event benefitting children and adults suffering from the life-threatening disease, cystic fibrosis.  This is the first year that the Pearl District has presented this event.

WHEN:            August 18 – August 24

WHERE:          Enjoy signature food and drinks at each of the following generous restaurants participating in Savor the Pearl:

  • Ice cream scoops topped with chocolate shell at Ben & Jerry’s Pearl District
  • Slider plate at Blitz Sports Pub
  • Beer tasting at Bridgeport Brew Pub
  • Wine tasting at Cerulean Skies Winery
  • Ice cream and sorbet trio at Cool Moon Ice Cream
  • A 3-ounce glass of wine at Coppia
  • Sweet potato fries with sriracha aioli at Daily Café in the Pearl
  • Brewery pretzel at Deschutes Brewery
  • Avocado fries from The Fields Bar & Grill
  • Watermelon gazpacho at Garden Bar
  • Ham and Dijon baguette and Glyph Café and Art Space
  • Grouchau Cellars Wine Tasting at Hosmer Chiropractic Health
  • Gorgonzola fries at Henry’s Tavern
  • Carnitas or Chicken tacos at Isabel Pearl
  • Tuna tartare at Jamison
