    I would vote (especially with my wallet) for Lemongrass if she used local raised sustainable meats. Her sauces rock, but what’s the point? I choose not to eat ‘scary meat’ or farm-raised prawns

    I like Authentic Thai . But then I can stumble there from home. I will have to try Chaing Mai.

    Pok Pok is pretty much a no-brainer.

    I think Mee-Sen, on N. Mississippi, definitely deserves mention.
