Not much to say here, the film pretty much speaks for itself. When I saw it on Boing Boing last week, I didn’t realize it had been developed by our own Bamboo Sushi, our winner of the 2011 “Best Sushi” category.
The clip was made over seven months, using hand-crafted miniatures. You can’t argue a restaurant’s passion when they spend so much time and money in an attempt to share that passion with the world. Four minutes long, and worth your time.
