Canard Restaurant is Now Open – Here’s the Menu

Canard Portland’s opening menu

Canard, the latest venture from Le Pigeon’s Gabriel Rucker and Andrew Fortgang is now open. It will only be serving dinner the first month, but expect to launch breakfast, lunch, and brunch next month. Here is the opening evening food menu, served from 4 pm.
