Canned Pork Brains Just for You!

By PDX Food Dude Last Update March 16, 2014 1 Comment

Good morning Portland! Hungry? Feel like something special? Something easy? Then Pork Brains in Milk Gravy are just for you. Fix them with scrambled eggs for that perfect morning starter.

One thing… 3,5000mg of Cholesterol. Keep in mind, the recommended daily amount is 300mg.  Also, it looks like something that cat threw up. Just sayin’. Folks write me regularly asking where they can find these, but honestly, I don’t know of a source these days.

Oh yeah… yummmm. I’m waiting for it to show up as the next ingredient on a Top Chef Quickfire challenge. Thanks for posting, FD. I think I’ll just skip breakfast. Urp. :-)
