    Daniel Mondok Leaving Genoa

By PDX Food Dude Last Update January 20, 2014 Leave a Comment

Daniel Mondok, Sous Chef at Genoa Restaurant in Portland, will be leaving for Harvest Inn, previously known as Farm to Fork Restaurant and Press Wine Bar, in Dundee Oregon.

Farm to Fork Restaurant is part of the Inn at Red Hills at 1410 N. Hwy 99.

It should be noted, that Daniel changed his Facebook work location to “Director of food and farm, Executive Chef, co-owner at Harvest Inn.

A Master Sommelier is involved as well. There is a lot of capitol going into this project, and it sounds perfect for the area.
