Yay for Sitka and Spruce! A former US Barista Champion runs the espresso bar at the restaurant, and I can’t wait to go up there and try em out.

From what I hear, it is definately the place to go for an experience that is of high quality from first course to the after dinner coffee.

Does anyone have a link to the article that was written about them?
