    Naomi Introduces Ripe Cooperative

By PDX Food Dude Last Update October 30, 2020 Leave a Comment

After 13 incredible years (thank you, we love you!), we’re transitioning the space formerly known as BEAST into something totally new:

We’re excited to reconnect home cooks with the joy of cooking and redefine what a sustainable community marketplace looks like today.

We make food in the spirit of dining out— with the best ingredients, beautiful plating, and perfect timing— intended to be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home. We’re calling it Dining In: a series of four-course set menus (Land, Air, Sea and Field) that change monthly, available a la carte or on a subscription basis.

Of course, we’ll also have prepared foods ready to take away, and a selection of things we consider essential: good wine, delightful ice cream, fresh bread, handmade pastas, and specialty pantry items, among other things. We carry products we know, love, and actually use; our selection changes with the seasons.

Read all about it here, and check out our website here for more information soon.
Be sure to follow us here to be the first to know about our official opening, menu items, and special offers.

We couldn’t do this without you. Thank you, thank you for all of your support. We couldn’t be more excited to share this next phase of our evolution with you. As always, we look forward to seeing you soon.

    — Naomi
