OPENED 2011. CLOSED 2018. OPENING AGAIN TONIGHT.
After a 3-year hibernation, it’s our pleasure to reopen the doors at The Woodsman Tavern.
A Pacific Northwest-inspired restaurant and tavern, The Woodsman offers a warm respite where you can leave your troubles at the door and share a good meal of New American classics with friends & family.
Menu highlights include a raw bar featuring West Coast oysters, a butcher burger that’s charcoal-grilled on the only Josper oven in the country, a wedge salad with house-made blue cheese dressing, and a ribeye that hits the spot every time. Save room for dessert: We’ve got seasonal treats like a seckel pear crisp plus a show-stopping Baked Alaska.
In true tavern style, our bar is stocked to cure what ails you—a rotating menu of regional beers and cask-conditioned ales, Oregon wines, a fine whiskey selection, and stiff cocktails.
Welcome back to something new.
