I don't know why I bother. It is certainly not for the first place winner - it's always the same. This year, Smokehouse 21 on NW 21st street has picked up significant votes, rising from just 2.4% last year. No where else received enough votes to be statistically significant. In my experience, Portland is a sushi town. We have lots of choices, but the winning choices always seem to come down to a favorite few. Those not mentioned here received few votes.
