Donald Kotler, the driving force behind Toast and Yolk has announced that he is opening "Bird + Bear" restaurant on SE Holgate June 11th. The menu offers a large selection of sandwiches such as meatball subs, duck, and albacore along with a hamburger and larger plates such as eggplant Parmesan and chicken ragu.
