    Pollo Bravo on Alder Opens

By PDX Food Dude Last Update May 12, 2016 Leave a Comment

Open SignFrom the fine folks that have brought Portland a ton of good restaurants comes Pollo Bravo.

“We are proud to announce the opening of our third restaurant in the last month: Pollo Bravo on Alder.

Our second location opens on May 13th across the street from Tasty n Alder. This location offers an intimate tapas, vermouth, and wine bar. Stop by this weekend for rotisserie chicken to-go and a bottle of wine from our retail selection.

Pollo Bravo is inspired by Pollo Rico in Barcelona and the many rotisseries in Sevilla and Valencia, the San Miguel Mercado in Madrid and many plates of Chicken Carbon from Josh’s extensive travels throughout Mexico.  Pollo Bravo is both a tapas bar serving signature tapas dishes from Toro Bravo and a fast casual concept offering Spanish-style rotisserie chicken to-go.

Pollo Bravo Pine and Shalom Y’all are both now open regular hours in the Pine Street Market. Here are the official hours for all three new restaurants:
