Portland Culinary Alliance and Oregon Culinary Institute Fundraiser

This is a great benefit, and the price is a steal!

The four-course gourmet brunch will be served family style and feature some of Portland’s culinary stars including:

  • Scott Dolich, Bent Brick
  • Alissa Frice, Frice Pastry
  • Emily Kohlhepp, Gruner
  • Eve DeNies, Trifecta Tavern and Bakery
  • Lisa Schroeder, Mother’s Bistro
  • Brian Flick, Pitch Dark Chocolate
  • Amelia Lane and Matthew Barbee, Perfect Bake
  • Anh Luu, Tapalaya

One drink ticket included in ticket price. Cocktails include mimosas and michelados.

Place: Oregon Culinary Institute, 1701 SW Jefferson St. Portland

Price: $35.00

100 percent of the proceeds will support the local non-profit, The Curriculum of Cuisine (TCC). TCC’s mission is to support rigorous academic learning while delivering essential culinary skills to enhance student success and foster a lifetime of wellness. TCC works with culinary professionals in core academic classrooms.
