Paley's Place, one of Portland's great restaurants is closing Thanksgiving weekend. In a statement released Monday, the Paley's said the closure will be permanent. In 2019/2020 this Rogue Creamery Blue Cheese won “Best Cheese in the World” out of 3,800 judged at a competition in Bergamo, Italy. It immediately sold out. Now the 2021 version is available.
