Sauvage at Fausse Piste is Closing their Doors

By PDX Food Dude Last Update June 2, 2014 Leave a Comment

Sauvage at Fausse Piste, 537 SE Ash Street, is closing. The ‘New American’ restaurant is the handiwork of chef/owner Jesse Skiles, along with chef de cuisine Nicolas Duff and winesman Jeff Vejr.

    From the Sauvage website:

    Dear Friends,
After much thought and reflection we have decided to close Sauvage on Saturday the 31st of May. It has been a great run and many heartfelt thanks to those who supported us over the last 23 months, we feel proud about the food we were able to prepare and the wines we were fortunate enough to share.

    Thank You,
    Jesse
