    Tonight: Dine Out Fundraiser for Domestic Violence Survivors

    Restaurants for Raphael House logoOn Wednesday, May 7th more than 20 local restaurants will donate a portion of their proceeds to Raphael House of Portland, in a record show of support for survivors of domestic violence. For community members, getting involved is as easy as dining at any participating restaurant location in Portland, Lake Oswego and Oregon City.

    For this 5th Annual “Restaurants for Raphael House” fundraiser, more businesses than ever before have pledged between 10-15% of their earnings from May 7th to aid women and children escaping partner violence. So, supporters are encouraged to order generously and enjoy meals at as many involved eateries as possible!

    Area favorites like Accanto, Smallwares, Saint Honoré Bakery, Lincoln, Dove Vivi, The Country Cat, ¿Por Que No?, Mother’s Bistro, Pacific Pie Co. and Nonna involved in “Restaurants for Raphael House” will be participating.

    “Restaurants for Raphael House” is a critical fundraiser for the agency, since every $87 raised will provide one safe night in shelter for a woman or her child escaping partner violence.
