It’s a battery-powered oscillating vegetable peeler!

WTF! Who cares and really, why do you care?!? It’s what we call a housewives tool/gadget or whatever.PFD please don’t let me down cuz you’re bored. And by the way I don’t need it. And I don’t care. In the meantime I got to keep a restaurant in shape and afloat in these funky days.So your posting is really off the mark and irrevalant. If this bs keeps coming I’ll unsubscribe. Just a friendly reminder…

Just a friendly reminder back: Though it will be terribly difficult, I can live without you.

That is the sexiest vibrator, err, I mean kitchen utensil I have ever seen.

Um, where can I get one?

Are you sure it isn’t a spoof? It sure looks like a spoof, what with the relation to shaving cream commercials.

For those perfectly poached pears- some restaurants use a scrubby pad to erase the lines left by the peeler.

I’ll wait until they have one with four blades for a smoother peel.

If it really peels a tomato like that I will buy one.

Oh, and topnotch, please let us know what/where your restaurant is so I can avoid it.

Must be made by Remington? Look how smooth that potato is…

I spend way too much time sorting through the potato peelers in my kitchen trying to find one that actually works. Apple pie, potatoe gratin, pumpkin cake, butternut squash soup –all require a peeler. If this ad is for real (it uses a real company name), I’d like to try this gadget.

The video mentions a couple of instances in which the vibro-blade may have real merit: ripe kiwis and ripe tomatoes. I imagine it might be helpful with these sort of delicate fruits.

But if you buy a battery operated device to peel a *potato*…

And according to this, it is only $19.95! http://www.cutleryandmore.com/details.asp?SKU=14693

I second the thought that I don’t NEED one, but for the variety of things that need peeling it could come in handy. Though, I probably wouldn’t buy it.

And, topnotch? I hope your day got better…

I’ll get one for my wife to accompany her Rotato (by Ronco).

Sad to say this is my first post, but I was compelled to share – I absolutely love my Zyliss garlic press, so I might actually get this, and I couldn’t agree more with polloelastico! Thanks Food Dude for the posts and helpful reviews.
