Sad news - Jack Yoss, the much-heralded chef of Ten01 restaurant, is leaving Portland in March. Chef Jack Yoss is leaving Portland's Ten01 Restaurant to follow a lifelong dream of spending most of his time traveling in Europe and Asia. The Paley’s Place Cookbook Hits Store Shelves There are only a few "celebrity" books that I use on a regular basis: Bouchon, by Thomas Keller; Mustard's Grill Napa Valley Cookbook, by Cindy Pawlcyn, and a few of the books by Alice Waters of Chez Panisse fame.
